Mini Stay for individuals or groups of teenagers with a host family. 1 week in July in Cádiz, Valencia or Málaga

Group size & Age
We welcome a range of international adult students from across the world. Students will be learning with other international students. Minimum 10, average 12, maximum 15. You can book your mini-stay for groups with a minimum of 7 learners.
Ages: 14 -18 years old.

Entry requirements

We organize our courses into 6 different levels of Spanish. The six levels within the CEFR are A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2. This structure follows the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, as well as the guidelines of Instituto Cervantes. This programme is available at any level.

Assessment test
Students are required to take a level lest before enrolling for General Spanish Language Course. The Test will allow you to evaluate your existing level of Spanish so that you can enroll in the most suitable course for you. It is compulsory to have a test to enter or enroll. 
Students are required to pass the last course of each level to advance to the following level. The test is included in the price.

Registration & Enrolment
To enroll click on the booking button to set up an appointment. We will then provisionally enrol you in the course and send you a link for payment. Once payment is received we will confirm your place on the course. Once we receive the payment you will receive all the information you need for your programme. Please make sure that you read the programme handbook for the course you wish to take with us as this contains more detailed information.

Attendance
Attendance is the student’s responsibility. If a student does not attend a class, the lesson cannot be made up at another time. Once classes begin there is no transferring between classes. Classes are Mon to Fri.
Please get a fellow student’s telephone number or contact your teacher for homework in case of absence.

Spanish Programme
It follows the Instituto Cervantes learning plan, which is organised according to CEFR levels.
The course starts every Monday. Lessons are Mon to Fri. 22 lessons a week.45 minutes lesson. 4 lessons two days a week and 6 lessons 3 days a week.
The course includes 2 social activities per week.
Resources for language learning are included.

Social, cultural and sport programmes
Hispanophile offers an excellent social programme that includes a very wide range of social, cultural, sport, and artistic activities and visits.

We get learners out and about, providing them with challenging, exciting and different experiences to help them learn.
Learning outside the classroom contributes significantly to raising standards and improving learners’ personal, social & emotional development. We include:

  • 3 trips of one day.
  • Social, cultural and sport activities every day.
  • Student card.

Course & Programme duration
Lessons are Mon to Fri.
Programmes are 3 weeks: 21 days / 20 nights.

Cádiz: Learners with a programme starting from the 18th of June in Cádiz can start anytime during the week or weekend. It is a programme of 3 weeks: 21 days / 20 nights.


Flight & Airport transfer 
Our institutional representative will welcome and meet the group of students at the airport and e
scorting them to their family meeting point. Arrival and departure airport are included and will be coordinate by our team. 

On the departure day our staff will take the group to the airport to the check in desk and then to the security gate.
Flights are not included. We suggest to check the terms and conditions when buying your flight ticket.

Cádiz: Learners with a programme in Cádiz needs to fly to Sevilla.  Students from/to Sevilla Airport need to arrive/depart between 7 am – 7.30 pm. Arrivals or departures out of this time will have an additional fee of £45.

Valencia: Learners with a programme in Valencia needs to fly to Valencia. 

Málaga: Learners with a programme in Málaga needs to fly to Málaga. 

Homestay accommodation
Great accommodation is fundamental to any trip. We make sure that ours is comfortable and appropriate for all students. We aim to make you feel safe and secure from the very first moment so you feel right at home!
While living with a host family you can practice your Spanish skills daily and become a real part of the family. We have a large variety of responsible and trustworthy families of all different kinds to ensure that we find you the perfect match. This is a full-board package in a double room. 


Health & Travel Insurance
Combined travel and health insurance is included.

How and when to pay your fees
You’ll need to pay for your educational trip in full 3 weeks before the start date of your course. You need to pay when you’ve accepted your offer to study with us. We offer different payment options: direct bank transfer and online options. We will advise you of the options available for you. We offer the opportunity to securely send transfers for payment in your local currency using third-party providers. Additional fees may apply depending on the option chosen.
